Heat On Records LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital products, physical releases, and creative services. Please review our refund terms below.
Digital Products
All digital downloads, instrumentals, and digital music releases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Physical Products
Physical merchandise and releases may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if:

The item was damaged during shipping, or

The incorrect item was received.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Services
Payments for production, recording, mixing, mastering, consulting, or other creative services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled before work begins, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restricted access to future purchases and may be subject to collection or legal action.

Services
Production, recording, mixing, and other creative services are governed by separate written agreements where applicable. Payment terms agreed upon in service contracts shall control over website terms.
Demo Submissions
Any unsolicited music, recordings, or creative materials submitted to Heat On Records LLC through this website or otherwise shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Submission does not create any contractual, fiduciary, or partnership relationship. We are under no obligation to review or respond to submissions.
Limitation of Liability
